These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of loveyourglasses.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Love Your Glasses ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products and authenticity Every frame and pair of sunglasses we sell is genuine, brand-new and sourced through authorized channels. We try to show products, colors and measurements accurately, but colors vary by screen and measurements may differ slightly from those shown. Availability can change without notice.

3. Brand names and trademarks Brand names, product names and trademarks on this Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell. Unless we say otherwise, Love Your Glasses is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those brands.

4. Prescription orders

  • Prescription lenses are made only against a valid, current prescription from a licensed eye care professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you give us.
  • We may contact you or your prescriber to verify a prescription. If it is unclear, incomplete or expired, we will pause the order until it is resolved.
  • Our products and Site content do not replace an eye exam or professional medical advice. Talk to your eye care professional about your vision and eye health.
  • We can't currently ship prescription lenses to California addresses. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may refuse or cancel any order for it, even after confirmation. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that resellers place, or that exceed available stock. If that happens after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping We ship within the United States only. Delivery times, costs, restrictions and how lost or damaged parcels are handled are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, remakes and refunds Returns, prescription lens remakes, refunds and defective items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Your account If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Intellectual property The Site's design, text, graphics, photography and our logo belong to Love Your Glasses or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

13. Disclaimer Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect the authenticity guarantee or the defect coverage in our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Your Glasses and its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
